ZINK'S REMODEL

The owners of this kitchen wanted everything updated, but still wanted to keep the 1900's era of the house. We replaced all the cabinets, installed new plumbing fixtures, replaced all the plumbing pipes and electrical, new sink, new windows, new tile, new countertops, and new paint.

We completely gutted this bathroom. There was originally two doors leading into this bathroom. We removed one door which allowed us to add a privacy wall and a combination shower/tub and it also added storage space to this narrow bathroom.

This was new contruction of a barn. We also do garages, out buildings, and pump houses.

This was a great room addition of approximately 500 sqare feet.

Here we were able to restore this room back to its original beauty.  We kept the old decoritive window but updated the rest to a more functional window. We also refinished the original floors and repaired the existing moulding and baseboards. Stop by our office and you can see this amazing transformation for yourself.

This was a new custom home that we buildt. This is a three bedroom two bath house.
